We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid proof of purchase.

 

All returns must include a return authorization from S&S Innovations. All returns are subject to up to a 10% restocking fee and will be advised upon contact with S&S Innovations.

 

To process a return to S&S Innovations, please:

• Contact S&S Innovations Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization and provide a detailed explanation and photos of the defect and/or shipping damage (subject to validation upon receipt).

• Package the merchandise in the original manufacturer’s packaging, making sure all accessories, manuals, and accessories are included.

• S&S Innovations will provide a return address.

 

In most cases, if the product is defective or was damaged or shipped incorrectly by S&S Innovations, we will refund your return freight costs, subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.

 

S&S Innovations strives to act in an honest and forthright manner when processing returns and we ask our Customer to do the same. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges based on inspection upon receipt at our facility. Other restrictions may apply.
